It is a place where the tranquil pace of island life unfolds, where visitors can admire the stunning views of the caldera, watch sunsets that seem to merge with the villa’s courtyard, and enjoy the bounty of a private vegetable garden, vineyards, and the unmistakable nature that surrounds it.
We aim to offer guests an experience that goes well beyond the usual tourist routes, combining modern and welcoming accommodation with the authentic charm of a destination that has remained remarkably unchanged over the centuries.
Just steps from the beach, this tranquil place encourages true relaxation and contact with unspoiled nature. Far from mass tourism, it exudes a timeless charm.

Villa Ares ensures complete privacy and can accommodate up to 15 guests. This traditional estate is composed of four individual suites, each with a master bedroom and private lounge, along with two classic basement rooms that benefit from natural airflow and daylight. The property includes six bathrooms with showers, a traditional kitchen that doubles as a dining space, an interior courtyard overlooking the Santorini caldera, and a swimming pool. The home is nestled within a young vineyard, adding to its serene charm.
Architecturally designed in the shape of the Greek capital letter “Π,” the structure shields its residents from the meltemia —the dry northeastern Aegean winds—while providing shaded areas throughout the day.
From the villa’s courtyard and through the surrounding vineyard, guests are treated to striking views of the caldera.

Payment Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of each reservation is required upon confirmation. The remaining amount must be settled 56 days prior to guests’ arrival.
All extra charges/consumptions that will result from guests during their stay, to be settled by guests upon departure.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 56 days prior the arrival, cancelation can be made without penalty.
For cancellations made 55 days or less before arrival, a 100% penalty of the total cost of stay applies. Non-Shows and early departure 100% penalty of the total cost of stay
