The pool pergola houses a fully equipped barbecue kitchen and a long dining table for outdoor dining next to the barbecue, but the highlight of this pergola is the built-in sofa with vantage point.

Room No. 1: A spacious bedroom (wheelchair-friendly) with a comfortable double bed, a built-in closet and a private bathroom.
Rooms No. 2 and 3: These adjoining rooms share a comfortable private bathroom and have built-in closets. One room has a double bed while the other includes three single beds, offering flexible accommodation options for families or groups.
Rooms No. 4: These cozy rooms offer three single beds, built-in closets for storage and private bathrooms for added convenience.
Rooms Nos. 5 to 9: These rooms boast a double bed and an additional single bed, as well as private bathrooms and built-in closets. Each room offers lovely views of the sea, with direct access to the beach. Two of these rooms even have their own pergola outside, creating a serene outdoor space for relaxation.

The many outdoor spaces throughout the estate offer ample opportunities for large gatherings or private moments of relaxation.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
An advance payment of 30% is required to guarantee the booking.
The remaining 70% must be paid eight weeks before arrival.

The booking deposit is non refundable and will be retained as a minimum cancellation.

Cancellations that take place eight weeks before arrival and following that date will be debited a total no-show fee equivalent to the total rental cost.
Refundable Damage Deposit: 3000 Euros.
Special Events (Weddings, Ceremonies, Photo Shoots) are available upon request.
Important: New Climate Tax
Starting January 2024, Greece has implemented a Climate Crisis Resilience Tax applicable to all visitors staying in hotels, villas, apartments, or rooms across the country. This tax has been introduced to support climate resilience initiatives and tackle environmental challenges proactively.
