STANDARD Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum 1-week rentals (ideally Saturday-Saturday)
- owners are happy to consider 4-night minimum stays too (note: cost-per-night is a higher rate on stays less than a week)
- Non-refundable 50% deposit payment by bank transfer at the time of booking to secure the reservation, with non- non-refundable balance due 45 days prior to arrival — if stay is less than 45 days from the booking date, then 100% payment is required to secure the reservation
- Check-in: 4 pm | Check-out: 10 am
