30% deposit on booking creation
70% balance 56 days ahead of arrival

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 57 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 42 and 55 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%.

From 41 days before arrival, guests pay 100% as a cancellation penalty

If the client decides to check out earlier than the official departure date, he will be charged for the whole stay.
