TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Check-in time is 15:00 Hrs and check-out time is 10:00 Hrs.
• Late checkout is possible upon availability.
• Rates are calculated per unit, per night.
• An annex suite can be used in combination with the villa therefore it could accommodate 8 people, an extra charge
• There is a weekly cost of 200 euro for the operation of the jacuzzi
• There is a weekly cost of 350 euro for heating the pool
• Rates include VAT and City Taxes and can be changed in case of tax modification.
• Additional accommodation tax is not included and shall be paid at the property.
• Children and/or extra persons are being accommodated on existing bedding. Baby cots are offered free of charge.
• Children from 0 – 3 Yrs are being accommodated free of charge while sharing parent’s room.
