TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Check-in time is 15:00 Hrs and check-out time is 10:00 Hrs.
- Late checkout is possible upon availability.
- Rates are calculated per unit, per night.
- There is a weekly cost of 200 euros for the operation of the jacuzzi
- There is a weekly cost of 450 euros for heating the pool
- Rates include VAT and City Taxes and can be changed in case of tax modification.
- Additional accommodation tax is not included and shall be paid at the property.
- Children and/or extra persons are being accommodated on existing bedding. Baby cots are offered free of charge.
- Children from 0 – 3 Yrs are being accommodated free of charge while sharing a parent’s room.
