Villa Alceo is on three levels, with direct access from the pool area on the middle floor, where we find a large fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking the pool and the sea, a large living area and open plan lounge, a cellar, guest bathroom and a small additional room for a nanny or for cleaning the villa.
Upstairs there are two main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large separate shower cabin, both with separate entrances and connecting doors that you can lock with key.
On the lower ground floor, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a terrace and outdoor seating area, an additional fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a Turkish bath with an additional toilet, and a separate shower.
